What purity are RetaNord peptides, and how is it verified?
Every RetaNord batch is guaranteed at 99%+ identity purity. Each lot is independently tested at accredited European laboratories — HPLC for purity quantification and mass spectrometry for identity confirmation. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is included with every order.
What is on a Certificate of Analysis, and how do I read it?
The CoA is a signed lab document tied to your specific lot. It shows purity percentage (target 99%+), identity confirmation via mass spec, physical appearance and endotoxin level (target below 1 EU/mg). The lot number on your vial matches the lot ID on the document, so you can verify what you received against what was tested. Our field-by-field CoA guide walks through each line.
How should I store the product?
Sealed lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature for short-term storage (under three months) in a cool, dry, dark place. For longer storage, refrigerate at 2–8 °C or freeze at −20 °C, and avoid repeat freeze–thaw cycles. Stored correctly, lyophilized peptides typically remain stable for 2+ years. How do I reconstitute a peptide and work out the volume?
Reconstitution means adding bacteriostatic water to the lyophilized powder. The volume you draw depends on the vial strength, the water added and your target amount. How fast does RetaNord ship, and what does it cost?
Shipping across the EU is free over €200 (under that, €14.50 to a DPD Locker or €19.50 by courier to your address). Orders placed before 2 pm CET typically dispatch the same business day, otherwise the next. Standard EU delivery runs about 3–5 business days from fulfilment. Every shipment carries our 100% delivery guarantee.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging — no product names, no logos, and nothing on the outside indicating what is inside. The sender shows as a neutral business name. The lot-specific Certificate of Analysis travels inside the parcel, not on the outside.
Do you ship internationally?
RetaNord ships across all EU member states. Availability outside the EU depends on local customs regulations for research materials — send us a request with your destination country and we will confirm what is possible.

How do I place an order?
Ordering is handled right here on the website — choose your compounds, pick a delivery point and pay by card at our secure checkout. Tap Order anywhere on the site, or go straight to checkout. For product or wholesale questions first, send a request.
What if my order is damaged or does not arrive?
Every order carries a 100% delivery guarantee: if it arrives damaged, or does not reach you at all — lost, stolen, marked delivered but never received, or held in transit — we ship it again free. Tell us within 30 days of dispatch with your order reference. One replacement per order; an address entered incorrectly at checkout is not covered.
What does “research use only” mean?
All RetaNord products are supplied strictly for laboratory and in vitro research. They are not for human or veterinary use, not for any diagnostic or therapeutic application, and have not been evaluated by the European Medicines Agency or any other regulatory authority. We supply qualified researchers and laboratories only, and verify researcher status before sale.
