RetaNord products are research-grade compounds supplied for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. Because they are sensitive research materials and not consumer goods, we do not accept general change-of-mind returns once an order has shipped. What we do guarantee is that your order reaches you — see below.

100% delivery guarantee

Every order is automatically covered, free. If your order does not reach you, we ship it again at no cost. That covers a parcel that arrives damaged, or is lost, stolen, marked delivered but never received, or held or seized in transit.

How to make a claim

Tell us within 30 days of dispatch via our contact form or on Telegram, with your order reference and — for damage — a photo of the item and packaging. We check the carrier's tracking. Approved claims are re-shipped promptly: one free replacement per order.

What isn't covered

An address entered incorrectly at checkout — tell us before dispatch and we will correct it. Reconstituted product cannot be replaced, as its condition can no longer be verified. Claims reported more than 30 days after dispatch may not qualify.

Wrong or missing items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days of dispatch and we will correct it.
