Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods

Orders are paid securely by card at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. Card payments are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor — your full card details are entered on the processor's secure page and are never seen or stored by RetaNord.

Currency & totals

All prices are shown in euros (EUR). Your order total is the product subtotal (after any volume discount) plus shipping. Shipping is free across the EU on orders over €200; under that it is €14.50 to a DPD Locker or €19.50 by courier to your address. The exact total is shown before you confirm payment.

Billing descriptor

Payments are handled through our billing entity, and your card statement and emailed receipt reflect that entity rather than a product name. If you have any question about a charge, contact us and we will help.

Confirmation & security

As soon as your payment is approved you receive an email confirmation and receipt. Payments are encrypted end-to-end. We do not store card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment credentials on our systems.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment is declined, no funds are captured. If you believe you were charged twice or in error, contact us with the order reference and we will investigate and refund any duplicate promptly.
