Peptide Reconstitution Calculator
Enter the graduated syringe you are measuring with, the peptide mass in the vial, the bacteriostatic water added and your target amount — the ruler shows the exact volume to draw.

How the calculation works
Concentration is the peptide mass divided by the water volume — a 10 mg vial in 3 mL gives 3.33 mg/mL. Draw is your target amount divided by that concentration, shown as units on a U-100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL). The ruler scales to your chosen syringe (30 / 50 / 100 units).

Frequently asked questions
How does the reconstitution calculator work?
It divides the peptide mass in the vial by the volume of solvent added to give the concentration in mg/mL. It then divides your target amount by that concentration to give the volume to draw, shown in millilitres and in units on a U-100 insulin syringe.
What is a U-100 insulin syringe?
A standard insulin syringe graduated so that 100 units equal 1 millilitre. It is commonly used in laboratory settings to measure small liquid volumes accurately.
Does the calculator work offline?
Yes. It is an installable Progressive Web App — once you have visited the page you can add it to your device and use it offline at the bench.
